I wonder when one meets his future spouse in junior high school, would they know?
They may have not know it at the time since Erika thought JR to be somewhat “annoying” during their 8th grade year when they met, but somewhere down the line, JR’s wit and charm won her over. When you’ve known someone for as long as they have and have built a history together, the future only promises to be a success for them. JR’s desire to be Erika’s rock, her security, and best friend is a reflection of Erika’s admiration for the man she loves. As I witnessed these two lovebirds profess their love and devotion to one another in front of their friends and family, the look in their eyes said it all. The intensity of the love they have for the other is so immense, I was able to swim in it through my lens.
Erika and JR, thank you for letting me be a part of your special day, but I thank you more, for letting me be a part of your lives.
Best of wishes to you both and lots of love your way.
